All new devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty (duration depends on the type of equipment). During the warranty period, we repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost (excluding consumables and damage caused by misuse). Please keep your purchase invoice or warranty card safe.

Costs depend on the extent of repair, parts needed, labor, and transport. After assessing your device, we will provide a repair estimate. You may then approve or decline before we proceed.
