How long does delivery take, and how is shipping handled?
Delivery time depends on your location (within Nigeria or West Africa) and stock availability. We generally process orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure safe shipment, and we track every order until it reaches you.
Can I pick up equipment directly from Bluespring instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Customers located in Lagos, may opt for self-pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready and share pickup location and schedule instructions.
What warranty do you provide on your medical equipment?
All new devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty (duration depends on the type of equipment). During the warranty period, we repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost (excluding consumables and damage caused by misuse). Please keep your purchase invoice or warranty card safe.
How can I request repair or maintenance service?
Simply contact our technical support team via phone, email, or through our website’s service request form. We’ll assess your request and either schedule an on-site visit or provide instructions for sending your equipment to our service center.
How much do repair or maintenance services cost (outside warranty)?
Costs depend on the extent of repair, parts needed, labor, and transport. After assessing your device, we will provide a repair estimate. You may then approve or decline before we proceed.
